5. Marketplace Operations
Innov acts as a technology intermediary. We do not manufacture, store, or own listed products. Suppliers are responsible for product accuracy, stock, and quality; resellers for customer service and sales; and drivers for the safe and timely delivery of goods.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party providers. Users agree that Innov is not liable for delays, failures, or errors caused by external payment gateways.
7. Commissions & Fees
Fees may apply to specific services, transactions, or withdrawals. These will be communicated transparently within the platform and may change with prior notice.
8. Order & Delivery Terms
Delivery is executed by drivers registered on the platform. Innov does not guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, traffic, or supplier preparation times.
9. Intellectual Property
All branding, interfaces, features, and content within the platform are the property of Innov. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms, engage in fraud, or compromise platform safety. Users may also request account deletion at any time.
11. Liability Limitations
Innov is not responsible for losses related to:
Supplier errors or stock inconsistencies
Delivery issues beyond our control
Misuse of the platform
Force majeure events
